Summary

We’re hiring a Clearance Supervisor to manage house and commercial clearance projects. You will oversee teams on-site, ensure safe and efficient operations, and maintain high standards of service throughout each project.

Responsibilities:

Plan and supervise clearance projects from start to finish.
Coordinate and guide clearance operatives to ensure efficiency and safety.
Manage scheduling and logistics for multiple projects.
Ensure all waste, donations, and recycling are handled responsibly.
Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and resolve issues promptly.
Uphold the company’s high standards for quality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property clearance, removals, or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of safe handling practices for furniture, appliances, and waste.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills with clients and staff.

Benefits:

Salary

£28,000 – £38,000 per year (depending on experience)
